Where do you ship from?

How long will it take to get my shipment?
All purchases from the website will be shipped as soon as possible. Usually items will ship within 7 days of purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase at that time, please contact us at sales@halloffameltd.com
Where do you ship to and how much will it cost?
All orders are shipped USA UPS Ground. Rates are calculated through UPS calculator. International orders are shipped UPS Express. The buyer is responsible for all customs charges incurred. All California residents will incur an 9.25% sales tax. Feel free to contact sales@halloffameltd.com with questions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email update with a tracking number.
Returns questions
What is your return policy?
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 7 days from which shipment is received.You must notify us by email at sales@halloffameltd.com within the 7 days allowed if there are any problems or concerns with the merchandise received. All items subject to exchange must be approved by Hall Of Fame prior to shipment and shipped within 3 days of approval. All SALE items from the website are not subject to exchange and are deemed a final purchase.
